Our client, InBeat Media Ltd, a digital publishing business, is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an Insights and KPIs Intern. This media company has a proven track record of excellence and a commitment to delivering internal quality data solutions for its partners and colleagues. This department is based in Dubai and provides a dynamic and supportive environment for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generating KPI reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track performance metrics.
* Preparing KPI Snapshot reports for quick reference and analysis.
* Maintaining CRM database accuracy by updating records and resolving discrepancies.
* Responding to inquiries and requests promptly, providing courteous and efficient assistance.

Requirements

Requirements:

* Undergraduate or degree in a relevant field such as Business, Media, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
* Willingness to take initiative, proactive, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise correspondence.
* Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
* Reliable and responsible with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing reporting requirements and workload.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other MS Office programs for data analysis and documentation.

Additional Details:

Working Hours: The role is either 40 hours (full-time) or 25 hours (part-time) per week, depending on your availability if you are studying.
