Job description / Role
CBRE is currently offering internship opportunities for students or graduates for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months within the Valuations, Research, Project Management or Commercial Leasing areas. You will be working alongside current Graduates and Senior Professionals on a variety of projects, giving you a real feel for what life is like as a CBRE Graduate. You will gain real-world experience and subsequently build a network of professional contacts that will help develop and support your career aspirations.
Your experience will provide you with an insight into how we support our clients and you will have the opportunity to develop relevant skills within market research, financial data analysis, report writing, marketing, presentation and proposal creation, and project management.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organisational and analytical skills, work well in a team environment and be able to effectively present information.
To be considered for the role, you will need:
* Knowledge of financial terms and principles
* An ability to conduct basic financial analysis
* An ability to solve problems
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
To be eligible to apply, you will:
* be a final year student in undergraduate studies or a graduate with less than two years’ experience
* be family sponsored within the Emirate of Dubai or Abu Dhabi
* be available for 3, 6, 9 or 12 month placement
Major field of study will be in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or other related discipline.
