Position Title: Inventory Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is a highly-respected Consumer Retail Company leading the UAE distribution of brands with the best quality for customers; with multiple branches within Dubai dedicated on sales, distribution, logistics, processing and marketing of food products.
Job Role:
- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures especially on perishable goods
- Determine shortages on Inventory for stocks at an early stage based on market movement/ activities of consumers
- Maintain a documentation approved by organization standards on daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments monthly
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
- Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus
- Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals
Requirements
Requirements:
- Open to Arabic and Asian nationals
- Male/Female, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Inventory Manager in the retail industry or group of companies
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques
- Ability and willingness to work in a warehouse environment with occasional work in an office setting and outdoors
- Excellent communication skills
