Investment Analyst

Job description / Role

Our client a highly desirable, forward thinking commercial transport entity is looking for a Investment Analyst, the role will be to build the company research capabilities and enhance the company's contribution to the transport sector.

- Compile and commission regular reports on the sector, industry and key players as requested by the Chairman and the Board
- Collaborate with Equity Partners to tap into their database of reports and studies when possible
- Support the company's Chairman and Board's participation in trade shows, seminars, conferences and other events in collaboration with Government and International Affairs and Corporate Affairs Departments
- Document and own external subscription database for the group
- Contribute tot the pressure testing of the external market driven data as produced and reported by functions of the chairman's office and within the management team as requested
- The role is accountable for monitoring, tracking and analysing the investments across the company in accordance with the Board Mandate, corporate vision, objective and goals
- The post holder will operate within a pressured environment with reduced lead times and often working out of office hours
- Travel across the network may be required to support various strategic initiatives

Salary:
AED 32000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The Requirements are:

- Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering
- A Sound Knowledge on research and report generation
- 4-5 years of experience in an analytical role
- Strategic planning and investment management skills
- Project Management skills
