Job description / Role
SRG specializes in sourcing exclusive, profitable and stable investments and development projects across Germany. We combine more than 100 years of experience in the German real estate market, a wide network of partners across Germany and Europe together with a strong investment management, financial advisory and legal know-how. We are currently recruiting an Investment Consultant for our office in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential new clients and contact them
• Make calls to arrange appointments abroad and within United Arab Emirates
• Conduct one on one meetings with customers
• Attend meetings, trade exhibitions, industry events, demos and educational workshops with senior team members to learn sales techniques
• Assist and maintain existing relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
Requirements
Requirements:
• University degree (in any discipline)
• Candidate must be based in Dubai, with a valid residency or student visa
• Relevant Experience in Real Estate or sales related roles.
• Basic knowledge of Real Estate laws, Residency by investment products
• Ability to establish network with key people in the Real Estate industry
• Focused on results, entrepreneurial drive
• Exceptional negotiator with ability to close deals
• Be an excellent communicator with flawless spoken & written in English. Arabic is a plus.
• High level of confidence in own abilities, resilience, and ability to cope with rejection
• Driving License preferable
