Guildhall is working on behalf of yet another of our long-term partners to help them in identifying a key appointment.
Our client is looking to hire an experienced Investment Manager with a proven track record of closing deals with recognisable GCC Developers in order to develop this new city development in Sri Lanka. A premiere residential, retail and business destination which will be split across 5 notable precincts.
Targeting specifically GCC developers, you will have intimate knowledge of dealing with key decision-makers and be able to draw upon that skill, and investment knowledge to attract developers to this purpose-built 270 ha city. This new city is being developed on sustainable values, a healthy environment and with a future-ready infrastructure to enhance living convenience.
Requirements
This position will be based from our clients Downtown Dubai regional offices but will be responsible for travelling throughout the GCC.
- Must have Real Estate/Land Development Investment experience
- Candidates will have hands-on experience of dealing with decision-makers at recognisable GCC Developers
- Experienced in closing investment opportunities with GCC Developers
- Ideally we are looking for someone with 10 years experience, however should a demonstrable track record in the above be presented then we can consider less experienced candidates.
