Investment Research Specialist

Job description / Role

• Conducting due diligence on potential and existing investments, which involves performing detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Preparation of exhaustive financial models, research reports related to projects under consideration by Sharjah Asset Management NBV & Investments
• Maintaining relationships with internal and external counterparts, advisors and industry experts
• Analyzing trends in the markets, industry and macro-environment
• Preparation of periodic research summaries for senior management and executing special ongoing projects and other duties as required within SAM
• Maintaining well-organized records for projects and studies undertaken.

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Bachelors degree, Post Graduate degree is a must
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment, real estate industry.
• Specialist knowledge: financial modelling, feasibility studies, business modelling
• Language Fluency: English and Arabic (an advantage)
• Current Location: UAE
