Job description / Role
Our client, a large investment firm, is currently looking for an IT Executive to be based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will report directly to the IT Manager and will have the following responsibilities:
• IT support for hardware and software
• Printer /Desktop installation and printer related support.
• Outlook related support
• Network telephone support
• IT access support
• Manage a variety of computer equipment including computer terminals, printers, modems, personal computers and data communication equipments.
• Manage and follow up all IT assets requests.
• Good Knowledge with network and systems
• Good knowledge with hardware support.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in UAE
• Should have bachelors in IT or related discipline
• Strong communication skills in English
• strong knowledge in hardware and software particularly in networking
• Able to work under pressure
