Charterhouse are undertaking a search for an award winning Regional Law Firm, which specialises in regional and local law. The firm is headquartered in Dubai, and has offices across the GCC. The IT Manager will be part of a newly formed team, who can offer high quality technical support to all of its offices.

This role will review and unify the IT policies and ensure they are implemented across all the GCC offices. This managerial role, will maintain access records for all IT systems and related logs, whilst perform function audits, on a semi-yearly basis, updating IT systems when required. Simultaneously, the IT Manager, will focus on digitization initiatives which can be rolled out across all GCC offices, proposing replacement systems in line with new updates in the market. In conjunction, this role will support staff on IT training and integration, guaranteeing all offices are using the best and cost efficient systems. You will proactively seek out methods to improve the IT awareness, from a business perspective to Partners and Stakeholders.

Requirements

Our client will look to hire a Senior IT Manager, whom is able to demonstrate a sustained track record (10 years minimum), for a regional or international Law Firm within a similar Managerial IT position. The successful candidate will have experience implementing IT policies for multiple international offices, whilst considering best practices and costing. Additionally, the candidate will have experience dealing with Time Sheets and Billing systems, specific to the legal industry.
