Job description / Role
Currently seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager in Dubai to work with our partner who is a leader within the FMCG sector. As IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in relocating multiple business systems from their existing office to their new office location.
In addition to this, our customer is looking for an IT Project Manager that is well versed in “support services” that has experience of setting up a 24/7 IT Support Centre to handle user requests across the GCC. Working as IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in RFP, RFQ’s etc and have a detailed eye for drawing up documentation.
The chosen IT Project Manager must possess fluent English communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between the business and vendors and participate in C-Level stakeholder discussions.
Requirements
- Hold a PMP or Prince2 Certification possessing more than 5 years of IT Project Management experience
- Have a proven track record of setting up a 24/7 helpdesk support function
- A strong background in IT Systems Administration, Network and Support before moving into a management role
- Fluent English speaking skills, Arabic is beneficial
