ROLE DESCRIPTION

Founded in 1972, SAP is the world's leading provider of enterprise applications, analytics, and mobility with over 170,000 customers around the world. SAP is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Senior Consultant.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The following tasks are performed within the below described level of accountability, complexity, experience, communication:

- Accountability: Deliver outcomes of assigned projects; work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility
- Complexity: Complex issues in own area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects); Decisions/solutions can enhance essentially current and future; design and strategy; Enhance complex systems/processes
- Experience: Advanced technical or business or project skills relevant for job
- Communication: Represents SAP to customers
- Communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand
- User-Centricity: Advocating for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors & usage patterns. Promoting the role of User Experience, thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies & practices and ability to integrate those into current and future development efforts

WORK EXPERIENCE

- Senior level knowledge in managing complex Projects and Programs on a global scale. Has experience contributing to Project Management practice standards and methods.
- English - verbal and written Ethics
- Setting Personal Objectives
- Self Awareness (knowing yourself - your strengths & your weaknesses)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics or related field.
