Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a Semi-Government Company with their office based in Dubai.
As an IT Risk Manager you are responsible for the delivery and managing of the Information Security Risk Management activities and cross-domain Risk Management projects. You will be handling the communication of the results to respective technical team and recommend advises and strategies to lessen the risk. Provide Risk Management & Security Assessment awareness among the company to ensure that all technical risk matters are identified and dealt with appropriate action plan.
You should be able to assess cross practical control breaches, observe compliance and effectiveness of the IT risk control management procedures, developments and report the results to the company. You will implement and track all of the IT risk control management programs, including regular reporting. Regulate, manage and implement the technology domain end-to-end risk assessments and audits.
Requirements
To be successful, candidate must possess 10+ years of experience in information and security Risk Management within the industry of Banking and Finance, Information Technology and Telecommunications. UAE experienced professional being essential with excellent oral and written English communication skills having a bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering. Must have CISSP, CRISC, CISA, PMP, ECSA, LA ISO 27001, CEH, CCNP, MCSE certification.
