Job Description:
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
• A strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, coupled with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time.
• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
• Investigating faults in the network and assist the IT team to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Write technical training manuals

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic speakers
• Open to Male candidates
• Must have degree in Computer Technology or related field
• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry is an advantage
• Must have experience in 365 admin center and administration of AD domain, file servers and VMware vSphere
• Experience in installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, DNS, DHCP and IP telephony
• Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Professional certifications are a plus
