Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Objectives: IT Support Engineer L1, L2, L3
• Duration: Permanent
• Desired start date: ASAP
• Probation: 3-6 Months
• Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 8:30am to 6pm

Main responsibilities:
• We are looking for an IT engineer with good all-round experience in the field of IT. We are a managed service provider and provide IT Services to a wide range of industries in the SME sector.
• The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Office 365, Sharepoint, Azure, InTune, and MDM. They need to have experience in migrating from other platforms into 365. Knowledge of firewalls, switches, routers, access points, NAS, and servers will be required.


• This role is for L1, L2, and L3 candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced modern environment working on a variety of issues in any given day.
• One minute you can be resetting an Outlook password, the next working on a server, installing another server all whilst managing a migration into 365 and setting up SharePoint sites.
• We are a close team who have fun and are expanding.
• Number required: 1
• Reporting to: Operations, Head of department, MD.
• Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country
