Position Title: IT Support Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to12K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading suppliers of petroleum products based in Dubai

Job Description:
• Provide first point of IT Support contact for all employees
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Assist employees or clients through a series of actions, either face to face; email or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organisations as required
• Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 30 to 35 years old
• At least 5 years of experience in the similar role
• Bachelor’ degree in Computer Science
• Must have an experience in providing IT Technical Support, Office 365 management, System troubleshooting, System upgrades, LAN line / mobile / hardware support, Windows AD, Firewall / Wi-Fi / servers, and Supporting ERP system
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
