IT Support Officer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support professional to join our team in UAE-Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our Apple operating system infrastructure.

IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end users, resolving hardware and software issues related to Apple operating system
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring reliable and secure access for all users
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory

- Proven experience in providing technical support and assistance in an Apple operating system environment
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software components, including Mac computers, iPhones, iPads, and related peripherals
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with end users and team members
- Relevant certifications such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or similar credentials would be a plus

Salary:
AED 4,500 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
