Job Description:
• Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes according to traditional recipes and restaurant standards.
• Manage kitchen operations, including overseeing food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in food production.
• Develop and update menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and new culinary trends while maintaining authenticity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Italian, French, Spanish, American, Argentinian, and Australian nationals
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role
• Proficiency in preparing and cooking authentic Italian cuisine, including pizza and pasta dishes
• Knowledge of traditional Italian recipes, cooking techniques, and ingredient combinations
• Familiar with wood-fired pizza ovens and proper oven management
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
