ITPS Operations / Customer Service Support Manager
Transguard Workforce Solutions have been engaged by our client to source a ITPS Operations / Customer Service Support Manager.
Our client, a large Transportation Consultancy firm, providing specialized consultancy services in the field of transportation.
They are well established throughout the UAE and are looking for a strong Operations Manager. This person shall be responsible for managing all contractor responsibilities for overall operation of the integrated payment system as on-site, operations manager. This is a Manager/team leader position reporting to the Operations Director, as well as providing technical and operational support to the DoT customer service teams.
• Managing large volume transactions as a payment systems customer service center manager.
• Operations Management and support for integrated payment systems.
• Customer Service and support for integrated electronic and traditional payment systems.
• Understanding of integrated payment back office system operations and their integration with customer service.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service center key performance indicators and metrics and the ability to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Staff mentoring and training.
• Documentation development and report preparation.
To succeed you will need:
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and motivate large teams across shifts.
• To have a customer centric approach to work.
• Must be a team player. Must have excellent communications and people management skills in a multicultural setting.
• Excellent MS Excel and data management skills, and experience in using Business Intelligence tools.
• 10+ years relevant experience.
• A Technical graduate degree.
• UAE experience
• Arabic speaking required.
