Job description / Role
The IWS Support Specialist shall implement, coordinate and support Getinge’s Integrated Workflow Solutions (IWS) such as INSIGHT (Patient Flow Management solution), TEGRIS (Operation Room Integration system) and T-DOC (Sterile Supply Management System) while working closely with partners in the Middle East and North Africa Region.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Help and guide the customers to solve their problems and questions related to IWS (Integrated Workflow Solutions) systems
• Manage software updates, including coordinating with Partner’s (distributors and hospitals) IT personnel
• Guide customers in setting up their IWS systems
• Handle and identify complaints related to the Non-Conformity of both software and hardware
• Perform system maintenance, including preventive maintenance
• Follow up on solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Supervise Under-Implementation sites
• Train customers for IWS systems
Requirements
Must be at least Graduate, preference shall be given to:
• Education within IT combined with profound experience in application support and customer relations
• HL7 Certification
Minimum 3 years’ experience, preference shall be given to:
• Hospitals’ workflow solution systems experience
• Working with difference types of HL7 messages
• Knowledge of HIS, DICOM and PACS
• Solid understanding of IT systems and functions. Experience with network, implementation and administration of servers (Microsoft) combined with great knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio Applications. Preferably, experience from a similar support function.
• Good communication skills face to face and over the phone and able to convert heavy technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Extrovert nature with a lot of self-awareness in regards to own strengths and weaknesses.
• Structured, methodical, analytical and systematic in problem solving.
• Ability to forge and maintain relationships with customers.
• Must be a team player.
