Java Developer

Job description / Role

- Managing all design and development aspects of effort estimation, applying the world standard estimation methods, during the different phases of the project.
- Proficient in creating iterations and development plans delivered in the form of WBS, assigning resources and creating task dependencies.
- Monitoring and Follow up the development progress, environment setup progress, any pending issues with other teams (analysis, testing) and escalate to project management as necessary
- Ensuring that design best practices and patterns are properly followed.
- Ensuring the design and implementation for maximum performance and best utilization of system resources.
- Enforcing coding standards of the company, and use creative tools such as Check Style to check for compliance.
- Ensure that bug fixing and feature implementations are following the agreed on design.

Requirements

- At least 5 years' related working experience
- Degree in IT/Computer Science or any equivalent studies is required
