Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a European JV customer service retail company who are based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit an Arabic Junior Account Manager for their luxury retail operations.
Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for coordinating with the Brand Project Manager to ensure all processes are being followed efficiently and professionally according to brand standards, understand client briefs, management of a small team, be responsible for recruitment and training and monthly reporting.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have account management experience in the luxury retail sector, have strong customer skills with excellent communication skills in English. Please note that candidates who can speak Arabic and French are preferred for this role.
