Employment: Full Time
Roles and Responsibilities
ACCOUNTING
- Invoicing/credit notes preparation
- Bookkeeping
- Support the accounting manager on ad hoc tasks when required
LETTER OF CREDITS/BANK
- Letter of Credit process: opening, documents preparation, management
SUPPLY CHAIN
- Shipments process coordination (factories and local distributor)
- Check law for new countries/products with local authorities
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Experience as junior accountant/Customer Care Specialist.
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit and online Banking activities
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages and Excel.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Good Typing skills
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree
- Good command of English written and spoken
