Position Title: Junior Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai

Job Description:
- Assist in daily accounting activities, including data entry, maintaining financial records, and reconciling accounts and prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Maintain and organize financial files and documents. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Work with external auditors during financial audits. Support in financial analysis and reporting as required.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, obtaining CPA/CA or ACCA
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as an accountant in the fnb or hospitality industry
- Must have Inventory management, LPO preparation and cost control experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software like POS, Inventory Management, Tally accounting software, .and Microsoft Excel, Word.
