We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to the success of our organization. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting various financial activities, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting in financial analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries and financial statements.
• Assist in conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights to support business initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance role preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
