Junior Application Engineer

Aspiriti have an opportunity for a Junior Application Engineer for an EPC involved in the Oil & Gas Industry, You will assist the application department on the estimates & proposal presentation.

Duties include:

• Review requests for the quotation and identify scope, specifications and client requirements
• Assist in the design, equipment selection and costings
• Provide customer support to sales via bid clarification meetings, pre-bid technical meetings, negotiation meetings.
• Liaise with internal resources ( projects, Engineering, service) as well as external ( clients, sub vendors) to develop relationships and receive feedback.

Requirements

You will be degree educated in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering and have exposure to the natural gas processing industry, You will have strong negotiation skills and be able to build relationships with internal/external resources. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and have an understanding of engineering principles and have the ability to use software (HTSYS, ProSim).
