Position Title: Junior Assistant Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 8.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the client:
The hiring company is an international food and beverage company with high-end restaurant outlets in Abu Dhabi

Job Role:
• Oversee the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and profits in absence of the Restaurant Manager
• Ensure proper food presentation, food-handling procedures and quality of fresh food and baked goods delivered
• Maintain and supervise good customer service as per the standards
• Provide feedback and coaching to the team regularly
• Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
• Trains and monitor employees through ongoing feedback, and by conducting performance reviews
• Assist in planning regular and special event menu

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to Any nationality
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role with a high-end Italian or Mediterranean fine dining restaurant
• Proficiency in POS, inventory software, restaurant guest satisfactory tracking software etc.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Open to candidates that can join on September 1, 2021
