Caspian Chemical is a well-known supplier of chemical raw materials mainly to the Middle East and African countries with more than 50 years of experience. We supply high quality products from well-known multinational principals to the Lubricants, Rubber, Coating, Foam and Adhesives industries. We are proud to hold solid reputation within the market for being a strong competitor as well as an employer of the choice.
Due to our expanding portfolio of clients and our rapid sales growth, we are now hiring two experienced Chemical Sales Engineers to focus on sales of raw material to the lube blending companies in certain market segments of India, Bangladesh and also African market.
As an experienced sales person you will have excellent technical skills and use consultative selling methods and also be capable of dealing with all types of clients at all levels, being comfortable in negotiations in a competitive environment.
While you are working with an existing client base, you will be expected to grow the portfolio of clients, building solid relationships, make regular visits and calls to them.
As well as technical knowledge, you will have high attention to details, being able to easily close the deals and work with the logistic team to ensure on-time delivery of the products to your clients.
Your organization and planning skills are essential to your success and achieving your sales target.
Requirements
• Chemical Engineering Degree Graduate
• With or without experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably with background in chemical sales within the Oil, Lubricant or Paint & Coatings industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation Skills
• A good Team player
• Preferably with a valid UAE driver’s License
• Possibility of traveling to the target markets
