Job description / Role
We are currently looking for a Jr Civil Engineer to give assistance in the tendering department.
Job Purpose:
Preparation of Bills of Quantities and Other Tender Documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists in measurement on drawings of all materials/works needed for civil, structural, mechanical and architectural works.
- Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities.
- Assists in the preparation of Budget estimates/pricing.
- Assists in the evaluation of Tender/Bid Documents submitted by the Contractors.
- Assists in preparation of Cost Analysis on completed projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Fresh Graduate or at least 1-2 years experience in Construction
- Computer literate
- Excellent English speaking, reading & writing skills
