Junior Financial Controller - Internship

Main Responsibilities:

- The Intern Junior Financial Controller is directly involved with key Finance Department responsibilities. This will be a great opportunity to have a full picture of a Business Controller scope within a main subsidiary of the LVMH Group.
- He / She will support the Business Controllers and the CFO on their daily tasks and participate at ad-hoc key projects based on Company objectives.

The Junior Financial Controller will work on:

- Monthly financial closing and reporting preparation
- Learn and apply the accounting and financial entries related to the month closing
- Work on LVMH reporting tools and systems
- Review and benchmark the CAPEX investments
- Classification of expenses upon LVMH standards
- Prepare financial and commercial templates that can lead to decision making
- Prepare monthly dashboards for the brands
- Monitor the accounts receivables with reports and action plans
- T&E claims process review and guidelines

Requirements

Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in finance & controlling
- Very strong capabilities in MS Office package
- Strong interpersonal skills are highly needed: challenge and support
- Good communication written and oral
- Ability to work within time constraints
- Thorough follow up, meticulous, detail oriented and well organized
