Quest Search and Selection is working with a dynamic online fashion retailer, who are currently seeking a talented Online Stylist to work as part of the studio styling team

Job Description

As a junior online stylist of this leading retailer in Dubai, your responsibilities will include:

* Managing and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the daily apparel shoot
* Working closely with the Styling Managers to ensure all products are styled and merchandised to best reflect the company's aesthetic to help drive and maximise sales
* Working closely with the photographers and the models to deliver an online brand imagery
* Responsible for all the image selection on set for the website
* Responsible for ensuring daily targets are met by the studio team and the KPI's are exceeded daily
* Responsible for directing models as well as the photographers and stylists to get the very best shots for every product

Requirements

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate

* Previous styling and coordinating experience preferably with an ecommerce retailer
* Strong fashion and styling sense with a thorough understanding of the designers and the brands
* Able to work well as part of a team in a highly pressurized environment
* Excellent understanding of the Production overflow
* Possess a keen eye for the image composition, model pose, stylist, and product visibility
* Strong communication and managerial skills
