Job description / Role
Junior Personal Assistant, Finance Background, Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities include:
- Complex travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, drivers and managing last minute changes
- Extensive diary management, appointment tracking, meeting arrangements and follow up
- Provide appropriate documentation and block prep time before meetings
- Provide backup cover to other's as appropriate
- Handling and screening all calls and requests
- Email inbox monitoring, taking action as necessary
- Coordinate business and medical expenses and track payments
- Meeting room booking, catering arrangements, event coordination
- Proofreading, filing, document change tracking, database management and general administration
Requirements
To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Abu Dhabi, be educated to degree level in business administration or similar with at least 3 years previous experience working as a Personal Assistant for a multinational organisation.
- Fluent written and spoken business English and Arabic communication
- A professional services employment background in a finance, legal or business support environment
- University Degree and at least 3 years experience in an EA role supporting Director level or above
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a fast typing speed
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- A hardworking attitude, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Professional demeanor with experience in a multinational environment
