Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Recruitment:
• Create JDs, Recruitment requisitions, get approvals and manage the process.
• Builds talent pools based on roles.
• Manage leads and jobs through the WFM system.
• Manage full recruitment life cycle from sourcing, onboarding and offer management.

Client Recruitment:
• Meet company clients, create JDs, source, and manage the process
• Ability to work independently on recruitment assignments
• Interpersonal and operational skills required to understand client requirements and make suggestions on candidate type
• Ability to business partner with internal staff to identify staffing requirements for internal requirements
• Manage full recruitment life cycle from sourcing, onboarding and offer management
• Research and implement Recruitment Tracking System

Business Development:
• Lead and grow out the executive recruitment function and build out on multiple verticals
• Develop leads from the market
• Build out outsourced recruitment model for medium and large size local and international groups
• Develop a relationship with multinationals for recruitment across MENA and Africa region
• Preparation of recruitment proposals for clients
• Assist Senior Management in identifying new verticals for recruitment as well as strategy to win recruitment assignments
• Develop interim recruitment business with heads of other departments
• Set up meetings with prospective clients
• Build a strong employment brand to effectively increase candidate attraction to the business (through social media marketing)
• Work on recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, working with universities to source future talent for internships, etc.


• 2-years’ UAE experience in Recruitment and HR field
• Passionate about service and service excellence, with a ‘will do, can do’ attitude
• Experience working with people of different backgrounds and a high level of cultural competency
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer / Technology literate
• Flexible and dynamic with an enthusiastic approach – with a positive and upbeat attitude.
• Proactively builds networks with key clients as well as with people in the organization.
• Highly organized, efficient and professional with a sense of urgency and good time management.
• Takes initiative, is pro-active and flexible with great problem resolution skills – sound decision making and judgement.
• Ability to work confidently, proactively, use initiative, be decisive and be able to consistently perform well when under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• The ability to juggle and track multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Demonstrated commitment to the success of co-workers and to the organizational mission
