Job description / Role
The role focuses on client development, management and retention, where a significant amount of the banks portfolio will be handed over with the target of increasing revenues from existing clients. The candidate will be given the opportunity of global exposure and be up-skilled in the process.
Client Details
The client is one of the largest banks in Spain that has recently set up operations and a representative office in Dubai.
Description
* Maintain relations with public and private entities in the country for the daily management of the office (Government of Dubai, local administrations, suppliers, etc.)
* Support in office administration: accounting, invoice management, up-to-date license maintenance, etc.
* Detect the presence of Spanish companies in the countries within the scope of the Office.
* Detect the presence of companies that export to Spain in countries within the scope of the Office.
* Local hoist opportunities business of Spanish companies in the area of influence of the representative office in Dubai (Gulf Countries + Pakistan, Egypt and Turkey) to inform the different areas of the bank.
* Gather information from banks within the scope of the Office to be able to apply measures against money laundering and terrorist financing as established in the manual of cross-border banking correspondent offices.

Requirements
* Less than 2 years of experience in the field of banking / financial services
* Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
* CFA not required but preferred
* Candidate must be a UAE National
* Excellent communication skills in English
