Job description / Role
The primary job responsibility for Junior Research Analyst (“JRA”) is client service team support. A JRA works with client teams to articulate, scope, and prioritize their research needs. With guidance from more senior colleagues, a JRA determines the most appropriate, cost-effective, and timely research solutions to meet the team’s needs. They efficiently gather the necessary raw information, partnering with research colleagues, to leverage the full range of relevant sources inside and outside of the Firm. They then organize, analyze, and synthesize facts into targeted, formatted end products. These end products can be in the form of single exhibits, written summaries, basic fact packs, and spreadsheets.
Your role will include:
• Support client teams with targeted information, analyses and documentation at their request
• Act increasingly as a thought partner in (client) team discussions and be a recognized resource of information and expertise
• Perform statistical analyses and financial calculations
• Prepare and present written and visual materials based on analyses

Requirements
• A university degree in finance, economics or another quantitative field with excellent academic records
• Exposure and/or interest in research
• Strong numerical skills with an analytical mindset
• Ability to collect information, systematic analysis, and distilling relevant insights
• Strong multitasking abilities, service-oriented personality, intellectual curiosity and an investigative mind
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
