Job description / Role
Key Account Executive up to 12k Aed for a Major Retail Group in Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Reporting to the Sales Manager
• Responsible to coordinate, develop and support the Sales manager in implementing business strategy for the On-Trade sales channel to achieve budgeted contribution and grow market share
• Establish and build customer relationships, manage key accounts, host and execute events and proactively seek out opportunities to grow existing business to drive growth.
• Demonstrate customer focus, teamwork and excellent communication skills
Requirements
• POSITION: Key Account Executive
• SALARY: 12, 000 AED depending on experiences and qualifications plus quarterly bonus and family visa
• HIRING COMPANY: Major Retail Group
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately can join will be prioritized or 1 month maximum
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field, attested educational certificate/diploma is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience in FnB retail industry, preferably some sales, pricing, and negotiation experience and 1-2 years’ wine selling experience or 1-2 years of key account management experience
• WSET 2 or equivalent globally recognized level of training is required
• Must have strong passion for wine and spirits selling
• Knowledge of Dubai on-trade/market experience is a must
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent customer management and selling/negotiation skills
• Must have UAE driving license
