Job description / Role
Key Account Manager for a UK Logistics Company Based in Dubai
• Achieve profit growth through the effective management of new and existing customer accounts from sales through to delivery.
• Consistently grow the revenue and achieve the targets as set out in the Freight Account Manager Scheme.
• Achieve sales productivity and revenue targets as set out in the Freight Account Manager Scheme.
• Maximize all revenue opportunities from existing customers by proactively pursuing undeveloped areas.
• Generate new prospect leads and new accounts over the telephone and face-to-face.
• Provide customers with accurate and cost effective quotations.
• Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
• Other Duties as assigned
Requirements
• Open to Asian and European Nationalities
• Male/Female Ideally 25-40 years old
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in Account Management
• Proven track record in managing and maintenance of key accounts in Courier/Freight Forwarding Industry
• In-depth knowledge of UAE/GCC Market & Freight Forwarding Business
• Excellent grip on know-how of vendors and service providers
• Possess leadership skills in new business implementation
• UAE Driving License Mandatory
• Must have Own Car
• Degree Educated
• Candidates who can start Immediately highly preferred
Salary up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus Car Allowance and Attractive Bonus.
