Kitchen Manager for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Abu Dhabi
• Background in waste management, P&L, staff recruitment, costing, menu planning and budgeting is a must
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
• Must have HACCP Certificate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Can join immediately or max 1-month notice
Requirements
• European, Indian, Nepali and Sri Lankan candidates preferred
• Male, 35 years old below
• Bachelor Degree or any related course
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Head Chef
• Well experience in managing and handling different Outlets
