Position Title: Kitchen Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A fast-growing food and beverage holding group in the Middle East
Job Description:
• Ensure that kitchen staff are properly trained and well communicated concerning all company S.O.P.
• Supervise all dishes tastes, smells, and observe food to ensure conformance with recipes
• Checks the food stock for freshness and quality on a regular basis
• Make the schedule for the routinely equipment maintenance, waste removal and cleaning services
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 38 years old and below
• High school diploma or any relevant certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
• Experienced in Arabic cuisine is a must
• Open to immediate joiners
