Job description / Role
Position Title: Korean Head Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus family accommodation, duty meals, transportation, family visa and insurance
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the leading luxury Hotel based in Deira Dubai
Job Role:
- Create quality recipe based on concept, adoption on old/current menu and seasonal innovations
- Responsible for leading the whole kitchen team , managing and approval of food inventory needs and ordering
- Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
- Control and direct the food preparation process
- Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
- Oversee daily operations in the kitchen from major menu highlights, special requests, and staffing
- Formulate forecasts for the restaurant together with top management
Requirements
- Open to Korean nationals
- 45 years old and below
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role
- Open for home country experience
- Immediately joiners will be prioritized
