Lead Billing Analyst

Role Summary:

As a Lead Billing Analyst, the role will drive timeliness & accuracy of CSA Billings in the MENAT and Europe region by partnering closely with the regional operational team. The role will drive the highest standards of controllership, accounting and compliance within CSA billing process. The candidate will also oversee and streamline billing process for CSA channel.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Accurate and timely customer invoice creation
- Drive billing entitlement by partnering closely with the Customer Program Manager (CPM)
- Ensure compliant distribution/delivery of customer invoices
- Billing dispute resolution for customers in the region
- Understanding of key drivers of billing including customer operating parameter
- Support analytics and month-end close/reporting
- Ad hoc projects as needed, including simplification/process improvements
- Provide support and back-up assistance to other billing analyst in the team

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance and/or Customer Operations
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills
- Integrity, positive attitude and highly motivated to succeed
- Resourceful, open-minded and embraces change and challenges
- Strong performance and people orientation with demonstrated team skills
- Ability to work in a cross functional and global team
- Understanding of customer airlines operations will be an added advantage
