Lead Estimator

Job description / Role

I am currently recruiting for a Lead Estimator with a background in Interior Fit Out projects.

A Minimum of 5-7 years experience as an Senior Estimator in the Interior Fit-out/Interiors industry is required.

Experience: Interior & Joinery Fit Out Requirements:
- Preparing RFI and follow up
- Responsible for preparation of Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimation.
- Knowledgeable in RFQs, tender and bill of quantity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Visit project to understand site conditions/restrictions
- Work with team to close the estimate
- Prepare and/or coordinate the preparation of full cost estimates on conceptual, design-build or general tender work
- Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimates
- Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead as well as work within a team
- Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or any related course

Preferred experience: Interior fit out experience candidates
