Looking for an exciting opportunity to grow a fresh start-up into a successful market-changing business? We are looking for a top performer, self-reliant and highly organised individual to join our Elkaso team in the Middle East, based out of Dubai. As lead generation specialist, you will be responsible to generate qualified leads, make outbound calls to promote our business and schedule meetings for our sales team.
About the Job:
- Prospecting, generating, and qualifying leads based on the assigned monthly targets
- Responsible for making outbound calls on daily basis, acting as a ambassador for the business
- Initiate first contact with prospects and introduce the business model
- Acquire and compile necessary information of the qualified leads
- Provide consistent and accurate performance and activity reports to management on a daily / weekly /monthly basis.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure validity of generated leads
- Achieving sales lead generation targets on monthly basis.

- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written English skills a must (Arabic is a plus)
