Guildhall is expanding its reach and is in search of a proficient Business Development Executive specializing in Lead Generation. This role is pivotal for our agency as we seek to enhance our client base in the Gulf region, particularly focusing on businesses requiring elite recruitment solutions. This position is designed for individuals who excel in creating compelling pitches, emails, marketing tools and identifying opportunities. This role can be fully remote or office based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage and network with businesses across the Gulf region, introducing them to Guildhall's premium recruitment services.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Understand and identify the recruitment needs of businesses, proposing tailored solutions from Guildhall's service portfolio.
- Collaborate with our Account Director to ensure seamless transition and follow-up of leads.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential business clients, ensuring steady growth in our client base.
- Adapt lead generation strategies to align with market trends and client preferences in the Gulf region.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on service-oriented industries.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, particularly in a business-to-business context.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of persuasive and engaging dialogue.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in a remote work environment.
