Employment: Full Time

This roles requires an individual who is highly motivated, a self-starter with the ability to identify new business prospects. An outgoing personality with a drive to identify the decision maker is essential. The successful candidate will work closely with Inside Sales to develop our private business throughout Abu Dhabi.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
• 1-2 years previous sales experience including cold calling and customer management
• Target driven, self-motivated and a will to succeed
• Good geographical knowledge of Abu Dhabi advantageous
• Ability to conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects reasons to switch
• Identify key buying influencers within prospects business to determine budget and timeline
• Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
• Comply with health, safety and other corporate policies

PERFORMANCE MEASURES/SUCCESS CRITERIA
• Generate 150 new leads per week
• Qualifying all new leads using BANT – Budget, Access to Decision Maker, Need, and Time Frame to buy
• Manage territory to ensure that all leads are captured
• Provide accurate daily feedback on leads

Requirements

• Knowledge in Business / Sales / Marketing or a related discipline

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Arabic and Urdu is desired
• Excellent communication & IT skills are essential along with good organizational and time management skills
• Strong work ethic, time management and attention to detail
• Excellent telephone sales personality skills
• Good verbal and communication skills
• Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Salesforce.com or other sales software packages
