Job description / Role
Are you talented Full Stack Developer/Lead Developer? We are a fast-growing startup that is building apps and on-line tools that disrupt the rewards & loyalty program industry.
The Job
The candidate will work closely with the founders but is expected to work independently to take our platform to the next level.
The primary tasks:
• Help build and nurture a superstar tech team.
• Coordinate and drive the platform development. Lead by example
• Help in defining the technical architecture, system design, and infrastructure
• Outline our short-, medium-, and long-term development road map – and drive it forward
• Plan and drive sprints, managing hands-on, writing your own code and having your hands deep inside your team’s code base
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Extensive domain knowledge and experience of vouchering, FMCG/Retail couponing, gifting, loyalty, e-commerce, affiliate and performance marketing.
Technical Expertise:
• Scalable & Highly Available Performant Architecture | Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Dedicated to Hybrid to Cloud Migration | RESTful Architecture | Micro-services & Server-less Architecture | Distributed Caches & Databases | Internationalization | Responsive Web and Mobile Apps | SaaS/PaaS/IaaS | Database migration | Agile/Scrum/Kanban | SLAs & Support Management | Continuous Integration | C#/.NET/MVC/Web API & OOP Design Patterns | SQL/MongoDB/Redis
