Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a Learning and Development Administrator on behalf of a prestigious Dubai institution. The Learning & Development Administrator will assist management with day to day administrative tasks and coordination across the business. This role will have responsibility for supporting events & communications across all business units and for certain administrative, logistics and customer support services for training programs, lectures & conferences.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with at least 3 years proven experience in the identification of learning needs, design and delivery of practical learning solutions in a commercial environment. You will have a track record for designing and delivering learning interventions using technologies. You will be educated to Degree level and have a relevant subject such as HR/L&D, learning design, learning technologies or equivalent professional experience.
