Employment: Full Time

A leading Hospitality group is looking for an experienced L&D Manager to join their team in Dubai

The main responsibilities are:
- Manage the operation of the Learning and Development department
- To plan, design and facilitate the delivery of management and supervision programs as designated
- To plan, manage and facilitate departmental training
- To develop and manage the departmental trainers to ensure that regular and consistent departmental training is delivered
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of all training programs
- Maintain quality standards for training as outlined in ISO 9000
- Conduct departmental training audits
- Ensure that service standards are achieved via structured training strategies Service Academy
- To assist in conducting Training needs analysis and to plan and deliver the required programs accordingly
- To design the necessary programs as identified in the training needs analysis.
- To ensure training records are accurate and up to date
- Champion the performance management process
- Analyze the JD Powers and other measurement tools results to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development and management of the mentorship and succession planning programs
- To facilitate the feedback received from training programs and manage them appropriately.
- Develops, researches and implements on line learning programs.
- Coaches team members at all levels regarding training and development opportunities.
