Job description / Role
A global organization is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead their L&D strategy for their Middle East region.
A global organziation with over 600 based in the Middle East.
Description:
* Lead the Learning & Development strategy for the region, working with senior managers on L&D requirements
* Design and deliver soft skills training
* Coordinate external and technical training for all staff levels
* Monitor L&D policies and procedures and make any necessary changes for the benefit for the business
* Work with managers on training needs analysis
* Manage the Training budget
* Conduct training feedback sessions and implement changes where necessary

Requirements
* Suitable candidates will have extensive experience in training delivery, confident to provide training sessions for all employee levels
* Must come from a professional services background either management consultancy, financial services or legal
* Degree educated
* Have experience leading and managing team
* Experience dealing with technical training vendors and coordination of sessions
