Employment: Full Time

What you will be doing:
- Will be leading Learning & Development Function in the Resort by delivering training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more
- Would be arranging On Boarding Orientation to all new joiners and will be compliant to all mandatory certifications.
- Will be working closely with Excoms on quality and training need analysis to add value to our Guest Passion and Quality Targets.
- Should be able to drive Online Training Portal - INES available for all colleagues to ensure continuous virtual learning, compliance to strategic goals and local regulations.
- Would be a key player within T&C Department in engagement activities that are creating impact and enhancing team satisfaction.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum of 2 years training delivery/facilitation experience for a reputed 5 Star Hotel in UAE
- Ability to interact and influence at all employee levels with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be creative and innovative
- Ability to work independently
- Should be tech savy with social media focus to enhance engagement
- Excellent organizational skills and eye to details.
- Operational background and knowledge of hospitality industry preferred with experience in effective employee engagement activities.
