Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a Learning and Development Officer on behalf of a prestigious Dubai institution. The Learning & Development Officer will support the overall business strategy & help identify and implement learning and development activities.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with at least 5-8 years proven experience in the identification of learning needs, design and delivery of practical learning solutions from a legal environment. You will have a track record for designing and delivering learning interventions using technologies. You will be educated to Degree level and have a relevant subject such as HR/L&D, learning design, learning technologies or equivalent professional experience. It is highly desirable you have L&D experience in a law firm. It will also be highly advantageous to be bi-lingual (English & Arabic).
